How do I fill out a ticket?
Create a support ticket here, click the dropdown under “Create new ticket” to select ticket type, hit the submit query button, then name your ticket
When should I talk to support?
Anytime you have an issue or question about the network. Responses tend to be quicker towards the end of the day.
When can I expect to hear back from support?
It could take up to one day. Leave the tab open and listen for the firework noise indicating a new message.
