Heres some useful information:

All areas are open/free land unless claimed
Griefing (On unclaimed land) and pvp is allowed!
Griefing of claimed land including from the outside of the claim is considered an offence
To start your claim you will need to work up to buy a protection block!
Protection blocks are sold by /ps get (Clicking the item in chat will buy it without confirmation)
To gain SM$ use commands /worth and /sell
/worth hand shows the worth of the item you are holding
/worth <item> <count> shows the worth of the item named
/sell hand sells all of the type of item in your hand from your inventory
If you wish to return to the lobby go through this image to teleport or do /lobby
If you wish to return here do /spawn
You may auction items using /ah and /ah sell <price> <count> to sell what is in your hand
